Another fantastic Summer Festival celebrating the incredible talents of our children and staff. This year’s theme, ‘Celebrating the North East’, was warmly embraced by pupils, families, staff and the wider community, creating a wonderful sense of pride in our region and our school.

The quality of the performances was truly exceptional. From the enthusiastic singing and energetic dancing to the confidence and joy displayed on stage, every child performed with enthusiasm and pride. It was lovely to see pupils of all ages and abilities showcase their talents, demonstrating just how much can be achieved when children are encouraged, supported and given opportunities to flourish.

Events such as these are a reminder that education extends far beyond academic achievement. The Summer Festival provided every child with the opportunity to shine, develop new skills, build confidence and experience the sense of accomplishment that comes from being part of something special. For many children, performing in front of an audience is a significant achievement in itself, and it was wonderful to see so many pupils rise to the occasion with such confidence and enthusiasm.

Thanks to all staff for the unwavering commitment in nurturing the unique gifts and talents of every child. Staff work tirelessly throughout the year to identify, encourage and develop pupils’ strengths, ensuring that opportunities are accessible to all groups of learners. Whether through music, dance, drama, sport, art or leadership opportunities.

The festival highlighted St Agnes’ inclusive ethos. A special thank you must go to all of our staff whose passion, creativity and dedication make opportunities like this possible.
