Leaver’s Mass 2026

A post in our latest news section.

A lovely End of Year 6 Mass was celebrated on Thursday, to mark the children’s time with us. The Year 6 pupils led the Mass beautifully through their readings, prayers and hymns, demonstrating the confidence, maturity and reverence they have developed throughout their years at our school.

The church was filled with staff, pupils and parents, creating a wonderful sense of community as we came together to celebrate this special group of children.

The Mass was a lovely opportunity to recognise not only their achievements, but also the positive impact they have had on those around them. Year 6 have been exceptional role models for our younger pupils, approaching school life with determination, care and a genuine sense of service to others. We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished and grateful for the contribution they have made to our school community.

As they prepare to begin the next stage of their journey, we thank them for the joy, laughter and memories they have brought to our school, and wish them every success for the future. They leave us as confident, thoughtful and talented young people, carrying with them values and friendships that will serve them well in the years ahead.
